Questions

Questions about delivery in Richmond

How fast is parts delivery in Richmond?

Order before 4:30 pm and your parts arrive the same day, in any neighbourhood in Richmond. If you order later than that, ask us what to expect. Call the Richmond delivery line at (604) 638-6991 with the year, make and model, and the part you need.

Can I pick a delivery time?

Yes. Tell us what works for you and we’ll plan a drop-off time that suits both sides. A timed delivery needs a time that works for you and for our driver. Call the delivery line as early as you can, and we’ll work it out together.

Do you deliver parts to my home?

Yes. Our drivers only need an address, plus who is receiving the parts. Give us those details when you order by phone. Home delivery in Richmond works the same way as delivery to a repair shop, and it saves you a trip to the counter.

Will you deliver to my mechanic’s shop?

Yes. We’re happy to deliver your parts to the mechanic of your choice. Let the shop know the parts are on the way, and make sure someone is there to sign for them. This is handy when your mechanic doesn’t have the part in stock.

Rather pick it up?

All three locations have a parts counter. Call ahead and we’ll check that your part is in stock.
