Complaints policy
We try to get the job done right the first time. If something isn’t right, please tell us so we can look into it.
Step 1: talk to the shop
Most problems are sorted out fastest by the location you dealt with, at the parts counter or in the repair shop. Call or drop by, and ask for the manager. Have your invoice with you if you can.
Step 2: put it in writing
If that doesn’t settle it, email info@vapautoparts.ca. Include these details so we can find your file quickly:
- Your name and phone number
- The shop you went to and the date of your visit
- Your invoice number, if you have it
- What went wrong, and what would put it right
What happens next
We read your complaint and look into it with the shop. Then we reply to you by phone or email and tell you what we found and what we can do.
Please keep your invoice. If we need to see the car again, we’ll set a time that suits you.
