About this website
This website belongs to Vancouver Auto Parts. It tells you about our parts counters and repair shops in Surrey, Vancouver and Port Moody. It lets you ask for an estimate, a part or a booking.
Estimates and booking requests
A form you send through this site is a request. It is not a confirmed booking until the shop confirms it with you.
A parts request works the same way. It is not an order until the counter confirms the part and the price with you.
An estimate is our best guide based on what you tell us. The price can differ once we see the car. We tell you what we found, and you decide what work goes ahead.
Parts, returns and warranty
You can’t buy parts through this website. Parts are sold at our counters and by phone. The returns terms and the warranty are set out on our auto parts page and printed on your invoice.
Price guides
Some pages show price ranges from published sources. Those ranges show what shops in general charge. They are not our price list and they are not a quote.
Car advice on this site
The repair information on this site is general. It can’t replace an inspection by a mechanic. If you think your car isn’t safe to drive, don’t drive it. Call your nearest shop.
Our content
The text, design and logo on this site belong to Vancouver Auto Parts. Please don’t copy them for business use without asking us first.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as Google Maps for directions. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.
Limits on what we promise
We work to keep this site correct and up to date, but we can’t promise it is free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, Vancouver Auto Parts is not liable for loss that comes from using this website. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.
